What is your return policy?

We do not currently accept returns, however if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at seajewelryshop@gmail.com and we will work together to come up with a solution.

What if my piece of jewelry breaks?

We are happy to repair any items that have broken due to normal wear and tear. Please contact us at seajewelryshop@gmail.com to discuss options.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

When will my items ship?

We will process and ship your order within 2-3 business days from the purchase date. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks, depending on the specifics of the order.

My silver jewelry is starting to tarnish. How do I clean or polish it?

We recommend that you store your silver items in a dark, airtight space, as exposure to humidity over time can cause silver to tarnish. If your pieces begin to tarnish, you can show off their new, beautiful patina, or wipe gently with a polishing cloth. Soap and water and a toothbrush also work wonders! Just be sure to pat dry with a clean, soft cloth when finished.
